Get there early and go straight to Harry Potter. We were there on January 2 (this year) and the whole Harry Potter part of the park was closed until 7:30 p.m. because it was at capasity. We got in at 7:45 and waited in line for 1.5 hours to ride WWoHP. It was worth it :)

We are doing something similar. Getting my DH and DS (19) the ride along experience at the race track and getting my DD (19), DD (11) and myself a trail ride at Fort wilderness. It's very reasonably priced!
