Hello friends. I'm planning a trip for June of 2014. My home resort is Saratoga, but my group can't decide where we want to stay. We've narrowed it down to Old Key West, Saratoga, Beach Club, and Boardwalk Villas. Does anybody have any suggestions / favorites? Does any of these resorts...

Its a 210 point contract. Almost 100% of 2012 points available. I think theres approx 20 2011 points that will expire unfortunately. I imagine it would be hard to find someone to take them. Sweet. Thanks!

So what are my chances of having a sleepy monkey on this one? I don't think theyre really after SSR contracts, but I'm still worried that I got too good of a deal at 55 a point.

Friends, Struck a deal for approx 200 points at SSR for 55 a point where I pay all MF and closing. Wanted to get your thoughts on ROFR. I think I struck a good deal, was wondering what you guys think?

Thanks friends, I just presented an offer at 53 per point. I expect some negotiation, but not much movement from there. Just wondering though, in the event I decide not to use banked points for a year, does anyone think the rental price per point will change from $10 per point? I imagine owners...

I'm the absolute worst at this, but looking to buy points at SSR because I figure I get the greatest number of years for my money. Does anyone know if it is a better idea to buy one contract with all the points I need or 2 contracts with the same use year at the same home resort? Also...
