We booked a placeholder on the EBTA this year, we didn't receive anything, no confirmation number, nothing. The only proof we have is the amount that was added onto our onboard account. We have never booked one before, should we have been given anything?
I can't find a reply to your question, so in case you don't know, FE stands for Fish Extender. If you search that you will find better explanations than I can give.
I haven't stayed on deck one but a friend did and said they liked it. They said in the morning the sun reflecting on the waves made pretty patterns on their ceiling.
I managed to get an ocean view on Sunday, which is what we wanted. We have done two Eastbound transatlantics on the Magic but thus will be our first westbound. It will be nice to gain those extra hours instead of losing them.
Loving your trip report. We were on the cruise and seeing all your photos and reading your comments brings it all back for us. The fourteen days really did fly by and with your report coming to end I feel a little like I did when we reached Barcelona and knew we wouldn't on board when the ship...
Thank you, the photos are great. We couldn't have the sail away party because of the invasion of the love bugs, so it is nice to see them. The cruise was absolutely fantastic with an incredibly smooth crossing and I have made lots of wonderful new friends.:grouphug:
I can't answer any of your questions because it is my first cruise of any kind too but just wanted to say welcome to the DIS and enjoy the party, it's great. You should also join the Facebook party, if you haven't already but be warned, it's very addictive.
:)
Wow, Fedex just delivered my cruise documents. :cheer2::cheer2::cheer2::cheer2::cheer2::cheer2: I thought we would get ours last as we are in the UK. So excited, getting really close now.:yay:
Thank you for this, you have also answered most of my questions but I would still like to know how the 3-way conference call works. I've never done one of these before and, as I live in England, I would have to factor in the time difference when I call.
If I ring MS to transfer points do...
We live in England and bought our first points through Shontell. Even living on this side of the pond it was easy to do and we had no problems. We did an add on direct from Disney because we only wanted a small contract and they had a good incentive at the time. Buying resale meant we could...
Having read the rules on transfers I now realise you wouldn't be able to transfer just two points to me as you can only make one transfer a year. I have now changed my vacation plans. Thank you.
We usually buy one annual pass to get the discounts and in the past they have always been activated on first use. They sent a voucher to print out which you put into an automated ticket machine with the credit card you used to pay for it and it issued your tickets. With the annual pass you...
Thanks for your replies. We mostly use our points at WDW but have been to DLP a few times and stayed for almost a week the first year we bought DVC as we couldn't afford the flights.
Paying for the extra day would be fine for us as we live very close to Ebbsfleet the new Eurostar station...
Thanks Susan, was that for a two night stay? Last time we stayed park passes were included but I knew that had changed. I know I should just email member services and ask, but I was waiting for the 2009 Members Guide to see how many points I would need.
If anyone has used points to book at DLP recently can you tell me how much the length of stay passes are? Obviously this will depend on the number of nights you stay but I would just like some idea of the cost. I am thinking of letting my son and some of his friends have a couple of nights...
Hi, Thanks for the link. So are the length of stay tickets for DVC members the same price as normal park hopper tickets? I thought we might get a discount.
