They used to have Mardi Gras themed events at the Port Orleans Resort (F.Q.) in the late afternoons. There were cooking demonstrations, a guy that made balloon animals, a juggler, and even a mini parade with the kids. It was a couple of years ago, so I'm not sure if they're still doing it.

I think I remember seeing some at Old Key West near the "quiet" pools.
