Last time I went they were plain.. there's gravy you can get over the top of them and I have no idea what that has in it as far as garlic or onions etc but the potatoes themselves are just that.. potatoes :) Yum!

That sure would explain a lot.. I was there Wed-Friday last week and everytime we went by there the line was ridiculously long (almost a 2 hour wait) and there were no fast passes to be had.. which really sucked! Oh well.. gives us another reason to go again ;)

I just found these fans at Wal-Mart they're little bottles with a mister fan attached .. holds a decent amount of water and as long as you don't mind getting damp it does the trick with keeping you cool and the heat bearable especially if you are in a line in the sun for a little while. :)
