Do you go thru citywalk to get from HRH to RPH when your walking? Or is there another way?

How long is the walk from HRH to city walk? Can you walk from HRH to US or IOA? We stayed at RPR in 2002 but we really didn't explore the property only the parks. My 8 year old saw HRH on the tv and wants to stay there next time.

We went to Discovery Cove summer of 2002 we will be going back summer 2004. Has anyone ever done the dolphin swim there as well as somewhere else? I was looking into the program they have in Panama city Florida. I would like to do the best one. The one in Panama city is an hour and 15 min long...
