    For the IT Band, I highly recommend using a foam roller ever day from your hip to your knee. I had the same IT Band issues but they are now a thing of the past. The foam roller hertz like hell but is well worth it. Make sure you are getting enough water and nutrition on your long runs...

    I got injured, can I change my marathon entry to half?

    How is everything going with your injury? I am in week 6 of no running due to a stress fracture and plan to start up again on Wednesday using a treadmill. Are you still planning to run The WDW Marathon?

    It has now been one month since my last run, stress fracture . Nothing is as motivating or makes you realize how much you love to run as an injury. Only 8 days until my next X-ray. I sure hope my dr gives me the ok to continue training for the WDM in January.
