Universal is very friendly for solotravellers with a lot of attractions having single riders lines. Dont know when you will go but the halloween horror nights are a must to visit once. Just got back from a solotrip to both disney/universal. It was great to be back again in those parks.

Lauren, you can check out the app meetup and get connected to the disneyworld related groups, they have randomly meetings in and outside disneyworld ( downtown disney )

Hi Everyone, Im a dutch guy who is also into Disney since the end of the 80's. Visit already the parks in Orlando, Anaheim and Paris. Next stop will be Tokyo in a couple of years. But first glad to be in Orlando again in a couple of weeks. Doing again a solo trip, just like two years ago...

Its going to be my third solo trip to disney in september 2014. My first one was Orlando ( september 2012). My second one was last year in Anaheim ( september 2013). Still see some awkward reactions of people when you are telling that you are going solo. I told them that i would send them...

I also go in september. Did it in 2008 and 2012, will do it again this year ( 8-18 september). Didnt have long waiting lines my last two visits. Hope it will be the same this year. Looking forward to Fantasyland, missed that opening in 2012 with just a week.

Dutch guy will be travelling around the usa and hitting Orlando on 8 september. Will be there till 18 september before moving on to my next destination. If anyone wants to meet up during my visit, feel free to join me at the (disney)parks.

You can use the meetup app to see if there are any planned meetings with other disney fans. Gonna use it again when i will travel to disneyworld in september.

My hotel is near wet 'n wild. Does anyone know if it is possible to walk from wet 'n wild to the universal parks! I only have to walk straight on the universal blvd.
