    It's been hot here for a couple of months so I think I FINALLY got acclimated to it. I get out there early and try to stay in the shade. And I'm trying to stay hydrated all day long, especially the day before a long run. And I keep repeating "October...fall...crisp...breezy...cool" to myself...

    Back to working out - sweating more when doing normal stuff?

    I've read that too and I notice it myself. When I'm working out regularly, I sweat much more and much more quickly.
