OK, rather than clutter the board with another thread, I'm bumping this one. So earlier in the thread I was told Mears for transport from MCO to check in. I just priced that and it was like $76. That's a bit expensive for my tastes. Any cheaper ways?

From what I've heard, ignoring the freak event, figure 90 minutes max from MCO to your hotel. Figure getting to your hotel by 4:15 the latest. I should think DHS is close enough to all of them to make it there in time. The bigger concern would be a flight delay.

I'll be ariving at WDW for the CP on Sept 5th.I never really considered DL because it's so much smaller, and because I've always liked WDW better. I didn't find out about DL being more expensive till after I picked to do WDW.

Also, DL requires all CP participants to carry renters insurance. It's still recommended for WDW CPers, but not required there.
