Vacation packages open up at 5 months and a month at a time is released. October opened up at 3pm JT May 1, so they are open now. Room only will open at 4 months to the date. & More includes a meet & greet, one less ride, and earlier access to in park dining reservations.

I think the new Disney one sign-on has messed up the TDR login. When I booked for June, it wasn’t ideal, but it was way better than any D23 booking experience I have had, barring the CC issues which are not just a TDR problem in Japan.

Mine from the first year I went, 2019, wasn't too bland. It's black. The front has the event name underneath a colorful picture of characters from each of the Disney areas, ie Pixar, Marvel, etc. The back has the event name and date at the top.

This was a smart thing to do, since they probably had a lot leftover that people couldn't purchase during ticket sales. I still think it was very lackluster.

I don't understand the fascination with kids and hot tubs. My son always liked them, but he's skinny and gets cold easily. I wouldn't let him get in if it was crowded or had adults in it, since I hate having to "discourage" kids away from the hot tub when I want to get in :rotfl2:

Looking at the website, it seems you are supposed to even reserve that area with the locks. Maybe they don't enforce it if no one has reserved the space. It's in the oversized luggage ticket option.

We have a couple in town, but it’s always impossible to park and they aren’t near us. They did just open one near us. We went. I was a little disappointed. Probably a good thing, or I would have bought stuff I didn’t need. Even the food selection was a little weak compared to World Market.
