As mentioned before, they are sort of grouped. On my last 3 trips the bus I was on went from MCO to AoA, then Pop, then AKL-Jambo, fininshing at AKL-Kidani. There's a reason why DME gets you 3 hours before your flight, you'll probably be stopping at other resorts on your way to the airport.
