    No more 5 day itineraries??

Just off the 5 day Dream on Friday, and went to book it again for next year, as we always do. What is Disney thinking? Why are the doing away with the 5 day double dip itineraries? That was our favorite! The best part was the 2 stops at Castaway Cay.

Is searching for a cabana futile?

Are you on the July 26 Dream sailing? If so, we are on that cruise as well. We are concierge, so I booked mine at midnight the day went on sale...and were gone within an hour. BUT.....if you go to that cruising's Facebook page, (https://www.facebook.com/groups/678825445512269/) you can see if...

    Nassau Atlantis - WORTH IT??

Are you sure about the depart time? It should be 5pm....which gives you 7 hours there. The water park at Atlantis is fantastic. The lines are a bit long for the slides....but if you just snag a tube, and get on the "lazy" river....you can spend hours on it. It is ANYTHING but lazy. It is more...

    Port Questions

In Cozumel....we rented a jeep (you can also rent scooters)....and drove all the way around to the other side of the island. It's a beautiful drive if you head south, then back east to the other side of the island. Then, about half way back north on that side, there are lots of beaches with...

Congrats DCL, you priced us out!

Wow! That's unbelievable. We were in the Walt Suite last summer for $22k. This year, we are in a one bedroom suite, and it was $11,700 (with insurance). So yes.....that is DOUBLE the price in one year. That's insane!!

Meeting other cruisers on my cruise

We are cruising on the Dream July 19, 2015...and have seen lots of people talk about meeting other cruisers on their cruise BEFORE the cruise. How do you do this? How do you find other people on your cruise that you might become friends with?

Is Concierge worth the additional $$$?

Totally worth it! We have only done concierge, including the Walt Suite a couple of times. The service is much better, you get free internet, larger room/veranda, the concierge lounge, private deck up top with sunscreen included, free cocktail reception every evening, and first dibs on cabanas...

Votes for Favorite Family Activity at Castaway?

Looks like we are all in agreement here.....rent the bikes. We have done this about 5 or 6 times, and seem to discover a something new each time. It's a blast, and you go at your own pace, and stop whenever you want. Lot's of watering places if you get thirsty...and the view from the lookout...

    Things to do at Nassau

Go do the Water Park at Atlantis. It is fantastic. We have done it several times. The "lazy" river will keep you entertained for hours, as it is anything but lazy. Lots of rapids, twists and turns, and HUGE waves. It's a blast!

    Fantasy 12506 & Concierge Questions

You can get there when you want....and never have to wait. There is a separate check-in for concierge, and then they walk you straight on board. We arrived at 11am....and were not only on the ship....but in our room....by 11:20. Then you can go to the Concierge Lounge and eat in peace and quiet.

Do you prefer one Royal Suite over another?

We have stayed in the Walt suite on the Wonder, and the Dream. The Wonder is a much larger suite, but more compartmentalized. The Dream Walt suite is open concept. The best thing about the Dream Walt suite is the Veranda. It is huge, and that hot tub....the kids lived in that thing. We loved...

First Time Poster/Cruiser - December 1 Fantasy Sailing - Lots of questions

The best ground company in Orlando is Luxury Rides Inc. They have every vehicle from sedans, vans, limos, etc. They have great prices too. Tell them Brian Bingham recommended them, and it will keep me in good graces with them for my next cruise. :) Here's their contact info.... Brian T. Q...

    First time jitters!!

The only thing that will keep you from getting on the ship is not having a valid passport. Even if you have filled out everything incorrectly leading up to Sunday....that can always be easily corrected at the port. Valid passport is the most important. Anything else that you forget...can always...

Should we do an excursion in Nassau or stay aboard the ship?

We have sailed to Nassau MULTIPLE times, and the kids never get off the ship. Heck, sometimes I am the only one to get off the ship. BUT....in early August, I purchased water park tickets to Atlantis for everyone....and we had a BLAST. Even with 3 other ships docked at the same time as us...and...
