It's OK. Thanks for getting so quickly back to me. We got ROTR boarding group this morning so I'm not too down.

It's yours CM. We're driving back to AZ the 5th right after our 8 a.m. brunch at Storytellers. Pharmama, just my luck....thank you anyway for the very generous offer. Wish it was just 1 day earlier. Think I'll take linkura's good advice and recheck and refresh the beginning of next month.

Has anyone had success booking dining? I mean......for the love of churros!

I'm just trying to get Lamplighter, Cafe Orleans and/or Oga's anytime July 2-4. Checked the first date I could starting June 15, by every time and meal. Nothing ever shows up, and that applies to all in-park restaurants. Only ever see windows for DTD restaurants, Carthay's Al Fresco terrace...

Rise of the Resistance BOARDING GROUPS Superthread Part 2 *No Ride Spoilers Please* *PLEASE READ POSTS 1-3*

Purposefully walking was enough...lol. Won't get a BG this morning. ART failed us, so we're paying to park in the new garage. Just glad we all got to ride ROTR once, especially considering I never could get the app to work for the BGs. Anything left this morning?

Rise of the Resistance BOARDING GROUPS Superthread Part 2 *No Ride Spoilers Please* *PLEASE READ POSTS 1-3*

My wife got BG 70 through the BLAB Fastpass machines. DD and I had to go link our tickets to that BG through a very helpful CM. Otherwise we would have been separated in 84 and 87. Sheesh. Going to Disneyland should NEVER be THIS stressful.

At Tomorrowland rope drop. Can see the ROTR fastpass machines. Crossing fingers for 30 minutes from now.

    Best restaurants outside the resort

Off-property recommendations: Walking distance: Tony Roma's (love that baby back sauce) on Harbor. PF Chang's at Gardenwalk (amazing, cheap Dim Sum weekdays from 2 to 5) Driving: There is a wonderful Claim Jumper in Buena Park that served the best Thanksgiving meal my DW said she ever had last...

Flex Pass Superthread: Disneyland Resort Introduces New Annual Passport that Combines Value and Flexibility

Just came on to second this. DF and I took two five-day trips to the park this summer. With the exception of July 4 documented on this thread, we had no problem making reservations for any day within the 30-day advance window or making reservations for additional days the moment we were scanned...

    Earthquake!

Wow. All I can say is that I am glad to be back in AZ tonight. Stay safe, everyone. No lost Disney time is comparable to the health and well-being of you or your loved ones.

    Earthquake!

Question for California residents: Has there been such an intense series of aftershocks to a quake in the state's history before? From what I have read about San Fran. in 1906 and 1989 as well as Northridge in '94, the aftershocks paled in comparison to the original, fading off considerably...

    Earthquake!

If you were walking in the parks about 20-25 minutes ago, you probably didn't feel it. But the ground definitely turned gelatinous under me. It was long, it was rolling, and it was felt by everyone at the Terrace. Just in a holding pattern at the moment, waiting for rides to come back online.

    Earthquake!

Was sitting at the River Belle Terrace finishing a delicious Short Rib Skillet when it happened. The umbrellas began to sway, but I felt my chair shimmy back and forth under me. Then I noticed my DW and DD were grabbing for purchase too. The whole experience lasted about 15 seconds. Just...

Flex Pass Superthread: Disneyland Resort Introduces New Annual Passport that Combines Value and Flexibility

This is just crazy. We've been telling the kids since the beginning of June to backload everything they wanted to do in CA for the 4th, as it would be our last day of our vacay and we would be confined there, unable to enter DL. Now, two hours before the cancellation deadline, everything is...

Flex Pass Superthread: Disneyland Resort Introduces New Annual Passport that Combines Value and Flexibility

Just as I see this, I saw your follow-up verified on the active calendar. I was able to cancel our CA-only rez for tomorrow and score both parks, five minutes before 10 p.m. AND the 4th is still open for both parks now. Wow.

Bengal BBQ no longer living up to hype?

Agreed, and I had it (rice plate) tonight. The beef was gristly--I had to spit out half a piece. Chicken was cold by the time I got it too. The real problem for me is mobile ordering. We've tried it twice there in the last month, and both times the CMs have said the orders were not received 15...
