Parking at resorts with an ADR?

Recommend an anniversary dinner at Epcot (vegetarian friendly!)

Can anyone recommend a vegetarian-friendly Epcot restaurant for our anniversary dinner in June? I am a vegetarian and my husband is not. I currently have an ADR for San Angel Inn, as we both love Mexican food; however, I didn't see many vegetarian choices on their menu. Thanks! Heather
