What are the quietest times to go to the restaurants and how late do they stay open to?

My train to disney is at 10:15 andthe website says to arrive 45mins before the train leaves. I have to catch a train to get to london first so I wondered if you have to be there that early or if it's just advised, I'm worried in case of any delays I might not get there in time.

if you arrive early can you still go to your hotel, collect your park tickets(I presume that's where you get them from)and leave your luggage there?

Those boots look so comfy, where did you get them? I'm going to Disney for the first time at the end of this month so im looking for comfy things to wear.

Thank you for all the replies. I was planning to take the backpack to put all the extra goodies i buy at Disney in, so that's a relief that there wont be a problem taking it.
