Yes, keeping up with the bus schedule can be very hectic and problematic. Car would be more convenient. However, If you do not have a car, make friends that do!

If you leave before your departure date, you won't get a certificate that says you completed the program. Why throw that away when you made it thus far?

I would just give up on disney. From 12$ to 7$, that's a wide gap. Debt and engagement ring, not to mention your other expenses are just enough reasons to prevent you from doing the unthinkable.

Just because you're at that age where drinking is prohibited doesn't mean you have to drink. There are many people (21+) who opt to live in wellness.
