I had trouble at first, too. When you are on the map, click on Soarin'. It will take you to a page with info about Soarin'. Choose a date on the calendar that falls under the refurb. (January 10th, say). Then click on the map again and find Soarin'. It will then list the refurb date on the map.

Maybe that's a good sign that it will coincide with the bounceback!

Our room was ready at Pop Century at 8:00AM (Aug 2012 trip). That was the earliest we've tried to check in.

Is it worth it to arrive mid-day if it's a Saturday night AND a grad night? We are arriving 5/21 and have the option of an earlier or a later flight. I'd love to spend some time in the parks the first day but the grad night behavior I've heard about worries me.
