I love to go to Tokyo Disneyland, the hotel isn't easy to book. Could you please share the procedure/how to use DVC point to book a hotel at Disneyland? What's the chance to get the room?

I think I have to do all the research and make decision before I go. Then finish the deal there, then hope that the 10 days cancellation will give me sometimes to change my mind. The 10 day cancellation is totally free?
