    Are umbrellas allowed in WDW?

Just don't open them when you're in the middle of a moving crowd, say as Fantasmic is letting out. I had to replace a lens in my glasses after getting someone's umbrella nearly jammed in my eye. But, I do carry an umbrella myself, mostly to use for the sun while waiting for parades.

Tiny clear "bubbles" on your skin?

I have dyshidrosis - I get it mostly on my feet but occasionally on my hands as well. My hands generally get the small clear bubbles, my feet are more serious and look more like the grossness on the Wikipedia page. I get it on my hands much less often when I wear gloves to do dishes. A...

After traveling solo with a scooter three times and always, always struggling with the resort room door - I can't believe I never thought of this!

    Parking in NYC

There's no such thing as budget parking in Manhattan. But, I've used Central garages back when I had a car, IMO they're okay. I'd feel fine leaving luggage in the trunk as well.

Why does everyone want to move to Florida

I already live somewhere with exorbitant housing costs (housing in Florida looks dirt cheap from my perspective - I could buy a condo for a mortgage that's half my current rent), high taxes, poor job availability, etc... At least Florida doesn't freeze solid for 3-4 months a year?

Are senior year expenses killing your budget??

I think my senior year cost my parents about $150 back in the early 2000s - and that was my prom budget (which I didn't even spend all of).

    Question from nerd

He might have to show them what to do, since of course Disney princesses probably have never heard of a "fistbump" ;) but I'm sure most of them will find it entertaining.

If you saw a grown woman walking around the park like this...

That wouldn't even register on my list of weird things I've seen on people at the parks. It's not disgusting or offensive or dangerous, so who cares if people don't like it? For whatever my opinion's worth, I think it's awesome. :thumbsup2

    Ultimate Value Resort Throwdown!!!

This sums up why I love ASMu as well. I've never been treated with anything less than the Disney best there, and I can't say that about the others. I'm also a Broadway fan, so that section at Music is just about the perfect theme for my personal taste! :thumbsup2

best app to record Ipad screen?

I know with the OS X update to Yosemite, you can screen-record from iOS devices in Quicktime on a Mac. All the apps I know that do it right on the device require a jailbreak, but I haven't looked in a while.

    Checking Accounts for Teenagers

My checkbook is so old, the address printed on the checks was 3 residences ago. I write one check a year, and that's because my renters' insurance won't take online payments. I'm changing to a different company this year solely for that reason.

Whether to do braces or not

I was "supposed" to get braces as a kid, but I had to have an appliance and headgear first for something or another (I think I had a minor underbite) before they could actually do the braces. In the meantime, my dad lost his job and his new one didn't have family dental insurance coverage, so we...

    Best One Credit Dinner Restaurant

Sanaa, Boma, and Biergarten are my favorite 1-credit dinners. I also really like Garden Grill - not sure if you'd want a character meal though.

Why don't you rent a car when staying on site?

The reason WDW is my favorite vacation destination is because I don't need a car. The only other places I go for fun are cities with usable public transit - I have no desire to visit anywhere that forces me to drive a car. I don't drive at home, and I hate driving in general. The WDW buses come...

Do you talk to your neighbors on each

I live in a 38-unit apartment building and I've been here about 3 years. The only people I know are my super and his family who live below me, and that's because they take our rent every month. :lmao:

    Travel time in Manhattan?

Not a chance in the hot place that I would cut something that close, especially something important like an audition for anything. It's possible to make it, but if there's even a small problem with whatever form of transit they pick to get into the city, it could really screw them up. Never mind...

    The Everything Pooh Sized Thread

The seats on RNRC are wide and deep, and the restraint does not have to "click" down very far in order to lock. It's one of the most big-person-friendly roller coasters with over the shoulder restraints I've ever been on. It can be hard to step in and out of the vehicle if you've got bad knees...
