I'm really bummed out that DCL is doing nothing to placate the cruisers on this sailing. When I called and spoke with a supervisor at DCL, she let me know that there was nothing she could do but perhaps contacting DCL after the cruise would yield different results. I'm flying out tomorrow...

Is anyone else bummed about losing a day in port (Ísafjörður)? I tried calling DCL but got nowhere in terms of compensation. Curious if anyone was able to get anything? It's such a high-priced cruise... I've missed ports on other itineraries but when it's a once-in-a-lifetime trip like this...

I’m thinking about booking a cruise on the Wish that ends on a Friday. Do they do premieres at sea on Thursday nights like normal movie theaters or do they wait until Friday for official release?

If they can’t handle the volume, is it time to add more tiers to Castaway Club status to manage the traffic? I never want to have to deal with this again. Still waiting to talk to someone after 2 hours on hold. Have been researching itineraries on other cruise lines all this time.

I’ve booked a lot of OBB offers on platinum day. Never had an issue as bad as this. Still on hold with DCL after an hour. Can’t book online and forgo the OBB. Not the any I planned to spend my vacation (woke up at 2am in Hawaii to book Iceland).

After being on hold for literally three hours on the dot I was able to get my reservation confirmed. Took two minutes and hopefully everyone else gets through soon. Good luck!

I've been on hold for 2 hours and 13 minutes. I booked online but never got my reservation confirmation the cruise isn't showing up in my reservations. I hear music and the "thank you for continuing to wait" message every few minutes.

Yeah mine isn't there, unfortunately. I've been on hold for 55 minutes with the DCL phone line, waiting to get through. My credit card was charged, so I'm holding out hope that there was just a glitch they have to fix really quick. Glad I didn't have other plans today!
