    April 27-30

Just booked this cruise too. Are there enough people for a fish extender? Trying to decide if we should hop in (four in all, my parents, me, and my son).

    WDW Vet at DL...PLEASE HELP!!

Completely bummed, but I think the Matterhorn might be closed when we're there. It opens for the weekend, then closes again, I think :( We don't have park hoppers, but I could add them if they're a big benefit. We don't hop much at WDW, but I know I haven't wrapped my head around how small DL...

    WDW Vet at DL...PLEASE HELP!!

We're A LOT closer to FL! I've been to WDW well over 20 times, and my 9 year old has probably been 12-15 times. I'm so afraid of missing something that's definitely NOT to be missed!

    WDW Vet at DL...PLEASE HELP!!

I'm sure you DL diehards see these help threads all the time, and I'd like to play upon your kindness once again! We have 27 days until our last-minute DL trip and I feel so clueless. I didn't even know there weren't magicbands or FP+ there! Can you please help a single mom with a 9 year old...

    Magic 7 day April 26, 2015

Hi Everyone :) I couldn't take the thought of spring vacation home in the cold (NH), so just booked last night for my son (Tyler - 8) and I (Sarah). I'm a single mom so hoping to run into some friendly disboards faces around the ship!

    ginger snaps

I was shopping with my mother over the holidays and we saw ginger snaps in a store... She said, "Look, ginger snaps." And I said, "She's one tough cookie." I had myself :lmao:

    Via Napoli

We have an 8:30 on Halloween for four people, so I certainly hope they're just busy and not closed :) I agree, can't go a trip without some Via Napoli pizza! Good luck finding a better time!

    Crossbody Purse/Bag

I use the Vera Bradley "Mom's Day Out" bag. It's a little bigger than the hipster, and it's lined with plastic, so I can throw water bottles in it and not wory about them leaking or sweating all over the place. It's not too bulky for me, but I'd check out the dimensions to see if it looks like...

    Warm in February?

We go that week every year, and honestly, it can vary! Last year we had a day in the 80s, a couple of days in the 70s, and a few in the 50s in the middle. We were actually at Sea World one day that it was 54, I was in a t-shirt, sweatshirt, and North Face shell the whole day. I always pack for...

    Purple Magic Bands

Take it for what it's worth (phone CMs are notorious, I know), but when I booked my fall free dining package earlier this month the CM told me to make sure I log in and pick my Magic Bands when I get the email and to be on the lookout for new colors they'll be releasing, and he specifically...

looking for an itinerary app for Android

I've used tripit (https://www.tripit.com) in the past. It's really easy, all you do is forward your confirmation emails to a specific email address and it automatically enters the information into your daily itinerary. You'll be given the address to forward them to when you register.

    Rental Car, or Plane?

Another Granite-stater here, we live on the seacoast and ALWAYS fly SW out of Manchester. I'm a single mom and when I go alone with my son, I'll only do direct flights, they usually run us in the $250 range. However, I'm pricing flights now for our February vacation (week of the 24th) and...

    Tea Brand

Are you thinking of Twinings? Disney got me HOOKED on Twinings English Breakfast tea a few years ago and I'm pretty much a Twinings snob now :rotfl:

    Triple-Dipping (and much, much worse)!

Definitely - the Google example is a good one. In my little (or not-so-little as it actually is) world of insurance IT, it's a scary thought. And even for companies that have production mirrors, we all know it's never actually a mirror ;)

    Triple-Dipping (and much, much worse)!

Agreed, which is why I said it wasn't the exact same situation. My post was more in reference to the multiple forms of media people have been having success with (I think someone mentioned at one point any card with a magnetic strip worked). I just happened to quote someone who was there at...

    Triple-Dipping (and much, much worse)!

We were also there last week, and although it's not the exact same situation, did NOT work for us. My father had stayed behind in the room, so I attempted to pull 4 fastpasses for Jungle Cruise (using the room keys we'd been given as "backup") and his spit out a "not a valid fastpass" because it...

    At food and wine today

Totally agree - could have written this myself, except it's my 7 year old son, instead of daughter ;) He's already asked if there's sauteed mussels or gumbo this year (two of his faves from the past)!
