While the concept art for the E Ticket dark ride in Zootopialand looks great, I think the land itself looks too much like Toontown to me, and I am VERY glad it seems they are not considering adding a copy of that land to Animal Kingdom. I don't think it fits that park at all.
I have found this as well.... I don't really miss the ability to hop on a daily basis EXCEPT when DCA closes earlier for the night. I do wish DCA stayed open until 11 or 12. But we like to save a little bit on the tickets while still purchasing G+ on a couple of those days.
I could see this lasting longer on ILL than just a few weeks. I think it's going to be much more popular than MMRR, which is still on ILL even though it isn't really needed on that ride at all.
They have said LATE 2024 for opening but I could see them pushing DL's opening to 2025.
I agree with @DLRExpert, I don't think you need to RD Indy. I would get a few of those FL rides checked off first. You can easily knock them out in 30 minutes and likely even do BTMRR before heading to Indy.
I remember reading something he wrote that was essentially a goodbye letter to Disney. I think he saw enough change over the years that he didn't like and decided he needed a break from the parks.
I know you mentioned you may not be able to stay up for the second showing of WOC, but if you can, I would highly recommend that. The second show is very easy to see without a dining package or dessert party.
I really wish they would keep AK open late year-round. I understand why they don't....but Pandora as a land is kind of like an E ticket attraction in and of itself and much different at night. I also wish they would bring some type of show to the outdoor theater as a successor to Rivers of...
I think you can get all these in one day for sure. I'm not sure about starting in DCA. @DLRExpert may be able to help with an order. If you don;t mind single rider lines, they work VERY well on Space and RSR and will help you avoid rope dropping RSR if you didn't want to go that route.
Even though you are let into the park early, you will NOT have access to the lands early if you are not a Disney hotel guest. You will be held by ropes on Main Street. On the Plaza Inn side of the hub, they will funnel the Disney hotel guests by checking room keys.
I have not seen this discussed anywhere yet and I don't know how hard this parade is to see.
Where do you all like watching this parade from? What are your favorite spots? How long ahead of time do you try to secure that spot?
What direction does Magic Happens run and does the direction...
I am a little surprised that MMRR is still on ILL. I would have thought that would have migrated to Genie + by now. I would think if there was a choice between it and ROTR a vast majority would be choosing Rise in DL park, if any ILL at all.
