I was at CSR when they were testing it last year and (for my standards) it was sloooooow. Nothing like the 15mb/s I have at home, but it still got the job done and it was reliable.
1. The past two times I've flown to Orlando they've changed my flight times, both arriving and departing (multiple times per flight actually). For some reason they usually change both. They also did it for my flight planned in August.
2. No, the changes are usually never more than a half-hour...
Great! Can't wait to go and wake up with COLD water in the morning when I'm at POP in August. The fridges at CSR left a lot to be desired. Sure they cooled things, but they never got cold even with the temp dials as low as they can go

It's getting a bit "aged" in terms of appearance; but the attractions are still really fun. That being said, I wouldn't go unless I had the WPF&M option on my ticket. It's really not worth the $37-43/pp to get in otherwise.
I agree that it's a good choice. Used it on my last trip and the wait times were spot on. Although the crowd calendars aren't spot on, it gives you a good idea of what you may be dealing with in the parks.
