I lost another 2 lbs and broke 250! I needed a good week. Current weight = 249.4 Total lost = 17.2 Days till cruise = 183 I'm thinking my goal will be another 20 lbs by the end of this summer (maybe more like end of July) so I can shop for clothes for the cruise and wdw.

Yesterday was weigh-in... Weight = 251.6 Total loss to date = 15.2 Days till wdw/cruise = 190 This is my lowest weight in over 2 years. I'm having some hbp issues right now that I need to sort out though. Trying to get healthy. It's been a long time coming.

I've never cruised before but you may be able to simply ask for your ice and water to be blended/crushed and then add your powder yourself if they won't mix it.
