We buy our Annual Passes through DVC and regular park tickets for people who go with us through Undercover Tourist.

The DVC sales center is located at SSR (Saratoga Springs Resort) and that's where the model rooms are. I've heard though that if you ask nicely at the front desk of any resort and a room is empty they'll let you take a peek.

We use the Fuji XP as well and really like it. It's been on a cruise to the caribbean, played around in the pool at Disney World and at our local pool/waterpark. Great pics all the time!

I'd choose HDDR over Fantasmic any day, no question. Of course we happen to ABSOLUTELY LOVE Hoop de Doo and Fantasmic does just about nothing for us, so that might make me a bit biased.

Funny....we like the ones at Gastons with the maple icing WAY more than the ones they had an the bakery! I've been hoping they use the same ones there when it reopens....

We'd most likely jump on Poly if it ever happens. We've got one 'large' resort, SSR; in ROFR on one 'Epcot' resort, BCV; and we figure an 'MK' resort would nicely round out our portfolio! More interest in Poly than BLT or VGF so we will wait patiently.....

We really enjoy it! To me it seemed like some of the freshest food we've had at WDW. And the character interaction there is great.

Our favorite is Columbia Harbor House, visit it every time we're there. Also like Cosmic Rays, food is pretty good and portions are huge so you can share if not overly hungry. Be Our Guest is great too, but having waiting in that line once we'll probably skip it until the newness wears off.

To get a treehouse you'd most likely have to do a points rental through a member that owns at Saratoga Springs. They book up fast and I don't think they ever become available through Disney central reservations.
