JoW, not going to waste my time

When we went it was way too overcrowded in there to the point you couldn't really walk through it. Also I hate to say it but they need CMs manning every "display" because way too often I saw people going through and doing the same event on each display i.e a family each going one by one to...

    Jollywood Nights-Hearing Some Negative Feedback...

If they add more characters then they really need to refund everyone from Night 1.

    Jollywood Nights-Hearing Some Negative Feedback...

Because with how Disney described it, it was going to be a swinging jazz club with Christmas themed eats and drinks, and then it turned out to be nearly a complete bait and switch with no Christmas themed cocktails, no dance floor, and a lone piano player who was playing Disney songs at a 4 to 1...

    Jollywood Nights-Hearing Some Negative Feedback...

The only change they announced so far for Jollywood Night Number 2 is the Brown Derby will be first come first serve, which doesn't really solve anything. It's just going to be a hoard of people rushing the host stand trying to get in, and then they will utilize a VQ Walk Up List once the first...

    Jollywood Nights-Hearing Some Negative Feedback...

It was like pulling teeth. First we called the ticket dept, they passed us into a different dept, they told us to email our thoughts. We emailed them our experience, they responded by telling us to call the Passholder line and gave us a file number. We called tonight they told us to call someone...

    Jollywood Nights-Hearing Some Negative Feedback...

Just got off the phone and they'll be refunding our tickets for the first night. They told us they are tweaking it and future nights but wouldn't tell us any of the changes they were actually making.

There was a saxophonist at the Tip Top Club, what is even more disappointing was they used a backing track. You could hear a trumpet despite no trumpet being played in person. Top bad they sacked the GF Orchestra, they would've been amazing at the Brown Derby Jazz Club.

    Jollywood Nights-Hearing Some Negative Feedback...

Bingo, it shouldn't be the first 500 people to complain get their money back. There are life reasons as to why someone may not have been able to request the refund the night of or even the next day.

    Jollywood Nights-Hearing Some Negative Feedback...

We were there for the opening night, and it was an unmitigated disaster from nearly every POV with regards to Ops and what not. For the price, how it was advertised it was borderline false advertisement. It's more expensive than regular Disney After Hours events, and offered less with the...

AP discounts up to 35% out 10/2 thru 12/25 today 😀

Well the AP Discount wasn't available for my reservation, but the GP Discount was able to be added so at least I'm saving something off of the original rack rate costs.

Here Now & Just Back WDW Reopening Experiences Including Park Hopping

We told one of the CMs behind the check in desk at the Lobby and they wrote up a huge note on the computer about the incident. I don't know if anything will be done about it, but we did report it while we were still down there.

    Test Track Single Rider Line

Yeah the CM did what they were supposed to do by the book. All to often I've seen CMs give in to pressure from the guest, or the guest just completely ignores what they are told and goes to a different spot than previously told.

    Test Track Single Rider Line

Kind of. They put Dad + 1 Child front and back in 1 car, then Mom + 1 Child front and back in the following car.

Here Now & Just Back WDW Reopening Experiences Including Park Hopping

We just got back from a week at WDW and it was amazing. Weather was spectacular, crowds were super manageable. My only negative experiences were the following: Trying to use mobile check out at the 2 AK stores that utilize this. Both stores there was no one manning the mobile checkout stand...

    Test Track Single Rider Line

I just came back from a week at WDW, and every single time I did Single Rider at Test Track I was on the ride in less than 5 minutes. I had to ride it close to 5 times back to back one morning. The last time I did ride it there was a family of 4 ahead of me and the father complained to the CM...

    Hollywood Studios After Hours

The first event was a complete sell out and from what I saw and heard from blogs/vlogs the park was a ghost town once the even started and the day guests were removed. As long as Disney kept the same allotment for the other events which has sold out it will be close to the same in terms of...

O'Hana Recent Experiences? Not what it use to be?

My point was my experience was so bad, that despite going to WDW every year since then we refused to do the traditional Ohana experience.

Iger is back and Chapek is out...

Bingo, when it was 100% standby only the lines always kept moving. The only people using the FP+/Genie+ line were DAS Holders and VIP Tour Groups so the slowdown was pretty much non-existent.

Iger is back and Chapek is out...

I honestly don't see much changing to be fair. Chapek found a way to make money on something that was previously free, most companies wouldn't turn away a free new revenue stream even at a lower guest satisfaction rating. That being said I could see Genie+ being tweaked to where it's more like...
