I believe they are all handicap accessible, so you should have no issue with a stroller. We did Winter Summerland with a stroller very easily a few years ago.
Oh ok, thanks! We don't need the accessible features, but it was the only room available on short notice. It'll be a nice surprise if we have a renovated room though
I'm checking in on Saturday and we have a standard view, hearing accessible room booked. Any idea where the room is located and if it's renovated or not?
Tula has a new carrier called the Free To Grow, and it's awesome. It adjusts down to fit newborns. I've been using it with my 2 month old for a few weeks now and love it. They are also starting to release Free To Grow carriers with a mesh panel. I was lucky enough to score one yesterday and plan...
We've rented from both places in the past. They both had the same folding crib. The mattress from kingdom was fine for my daughter. It was a foam mattress and was more similar to the mattress she used at home. The thicker mattress from ABBF was a spring mattress and was a lot firmer than what we...
Sorry, but thats life. People bring what they think they need. I'm sure that lots of people will carry less stuff on day 5 of their vacation compared to day 1, especially newbies. Its pretty hard to pack light with little kids. It just is what it is.
On our next trip, we'll have 3 kids (5yo...
One year my daughter got sick and we took her to the minute clinic. The nurse/doc there actually recommended going to a local pediatricians office. She gave us a paper with a few listed, and we ended up going to Night Lite Pediatrics. We had a rental car, so getting there wasn't an issue. They...
You actually can't do this. Boosters can't be used on a plane because the plane only has lap belts. Boosters are designed to be used with a lap/shoulder belt. Your car seat manual (and the wording on the side of the car seat) will say the seat is approved for use on aircraft when using the...
A seatbelt extender won't help move the buckle, unfortunately. Since the male end of the buckle is a fixed length, adding a belt extender will only introduce another buckle to poke the child in the back.
You can try folding a small towel or blanket to put behind the child to help cushion the...
I would just bring your double. From your post it sounds like you'll only really use it on embarkation day and most of the time it will be stored. Yes, it'll be difficult in the hallways near the staterooms, but if you just put it away as soon as the room is ready it shouldn't be an issue.
It'll fit, with room to spare. You could even use a big carabiner (like the mommy hook) and hook it onto the handle. The bubble bum has some straps on the underside to keep the cover in place.
Will she nap in the stroller? Since the January hours are shorter, I think you'll loose out on a lot of park time by going back to the resort for naps. Travel to AKL will take a while from MK. If she will nap in the stroller you can schedule some fast passes for the adults for while she's napping.
Ive rented a crib from kingdom strollers before. It was full sized, wood, and folding. Basically identical to the ones ABBF rents, but it has a thinner mattress, 3 inches I think? My daughter slept fine on it
I feel like we've tried every potty seat lol.
When my older daughter was potty training (she was 2), we tried the folding potty seats and the potette. She didn't like any of them because they either slid around too much, or she was sitting too far back on the toilet and her legs were straight...
Laundryview.com/disneyworld let's you view what washers and dryers are in use/available at each resort. It's very handy. You can just check the website for availability before you go to do your laundry.
If you travel frequently, I would recommend getting a dedicated travel seat.
The seats you listed are all great seats and will last your son a while rear facing and forward facing, but they are bulky for travel. You can get a Cosco Scenera NEXT at Walmart for $45. It's very lightweight, compact...
