I am staying at POR and planning on taking the bus. I am running with a friend and I think that going on the bus will make us both feel better. Neither of us will sleep well the night before, so it's pretend to sleep until 2:30 or pretend to sleep until 3:30, not much of a difference for us.

Completely agree! I plan on stopping for a decent amount of photos, but not everyone runs for the photos and I hope that I don't impede anyone who is truly racing the course! I've trained hard for my run, but so have they! I don't want to stop anyone from doing their best.

My bib # is 20744, as part of Team Pingulina. I submitted a 10k time of 1:14, and estimated finish time of 2:40, but hope to get that changed at the expo as there have been no 10k's in my area and my training has been going extremely well as far as shaving time off. -Sarah

My mom used to go to Disney all the time as a solo traveler, when she was visiting a relative. She never had any issues and enjoyed Disney just as much. Plus, if you wear your finisher's medal in the park (which most people do), everyone will be congratulating you so you will not feel alone!
