I'm no BRP expert, but my understanding is that it's $50 - but that the fee only applies if you're change results in a lower overall cost. So if you're upgrading or adding a day, no change fee applies.

Never mind. When I called, I didn't even have to ask to have the fee waived. The agent said, "I see when you booked, so no change fee applies." I guess the change fees must not have kicked in at the outset of the program, which explains why they did not mention those to me at booking.
