That sounds right if the kid was under 2 (that was my recollection from a few years ago, unless the rules have changed). However, you'll still be over the limit because that would take you down to 6 and limit appears to be 5 on a 1BR.

Can you confirm you are looking for one night or two? I've updated my post requesting check-in and check-out dates for clarity on number of nights. Apologies for the confusion.

Your request states any resort other than SS. I can tell you that the only resorts that have full availability meeting your criteria are AK, WL, and Polynesian. If you can narrow down from there which resort you prefer and whether you'd rather have a Studio or 1BR, I can get you more information.
