    Magicbands at Campground

Without digging in previous posts...what are the RFID cards? We purchased tix from UCT and were hoping to add our tix to the key cards.

    Best Burger on property- where?

As hamburgers go, you will probably be happiest at HOB. But we have enjoyed a burger at Cosmic Ray's and Pecos both. It doesn't hurt to add we were starving both times! :)

Need some advice - Premium, Preferred, Full-Hook Up - Oh My!!

I agree. 1400 might be tight for you. We had only a MH in the 1400 loop last time and it was snug yet adequate. Loved every minute since it backed up to the ferns and the fauna. ;) We are trying out the 1200 loop on our next visit. Hope to try out as many loops as possible. Can't wait!

Need some advice - Premium, Preferred, Full-Hook Up - Oh My!!

There will probably be some better answers provided for you, but we loved the pads for the premium sites. With such a large rig and then tow vehicle, I would think that you would benefit from the larger area. Allears.net has some information too on the sites. Also, if you are bringing a...

What meals do you make when in the cabins?

We brought way too much food with us the last time and are now thinking more strategically. Love the crock pot idea as I have camped all my life and have never done a crock pot al fresco. Just to add a recipe for a small roast. 16 oz. coca-cola, lipton onion soup mix and a can of cream of...

    MyMagic+ question

It was down when we went in Jan 2012 and excited to see the new Dumbo! Since Carpets of Aladdin was a fave for our 4YO, I am guessing Dumbo will trump Carpets.

Tusker House vs. Chef Mickey Breakfast

Thanks! I am sure it will be great and we will have experienced it to know the difference!

    When To Start Planning?

I have often wondered the same thing. Have only one successful Disney World vacation under my belt, but no matter if you are going in a peak season or a low crowd season, you need to get any advanced dining reservations booked 180 days out. We are a month out from our second time, but I...

Tusker House vs. Chef Mickey Breakfast

Now I have that feeling of ADR remorse! We absolutely loved Tusker House and all of the yummy breakfast offerings. It and 'Ohana are our faves. And we had a CM take the pic with Donald with my camera (great decision since we did avoid the additional $40) and highly recommend to go that way...

I think I am making myself crazy from thinking to much! Please help me!

Go in March and save yourself from being too hot. If you're taking the baby, the baby might thank you by being happier. Don't worry about snakes.

    Mousesavers newsletter secret code

Need some input about buying WDW tickets through Undercover Tourist and using the Mousesavers code and link. When I look at the ticket prices after the jump from the newsletter, it says if you can see the Mousesavers logo then you are seeing the special Mousesavers discount. Is there an actual...

    *** New Official February 2013 Thread ***

We went in January last year and the mornings and evenings could be cool, but by mid-day we were down to just our t-shirts. One evening it was really cold and we were wearing coats and hats, but for the most part, dressing in layers was effective. The only negative to that is once you start...

    Arriving at night

Bama ED-Thanks again! While I love checking in during the day, the night arrival will be fun! Courtesy and common sense to be used. :drive: We can just put the stabilizers down and snooze for the night. Super excited and cannot wait for the adventure to begin. :hourglass

Big thanks for the character call information! That is awesome. And I pulled up my reservation on the new site without any issues. Just wanted to throw that in as well. Character calls...I had no idea! Yay! Thanks for helping to make the magic more magical, disboard friends.

    *** New Official February 2013 Thread ***

Last year we went to Ohana on our arrival night and it set a high bar. We loved it and loved peeking out the window to see Cinderella's castle. I have not watched Wishes from the beach, but maybe we will try while we are there, too. We are staying at Fort Wilderness and also have enjoyed...

    Arriving at night

Howdy! In just a few short weeks, we will be arriving back to the Fort. I saw this thread and wanted to know what a night-time arrival would be like for us, too. We will be arriving late Sat, 2/2, and saw that BamaEd had some insight. Because I like to know what to expect, it sounds like the...

Yay! We are a small party of three (our daughter is also 5) but sounds like we will be in good company that night. The little ones will love the coconut races! And Wood Nymph, hope to see you at race time too!
