I am a cast member at the Crossgates Disney Store! Only a few stores in the country carry the cells and collectibles now. Disney Store is now focusing on 4-10 year old children. I am sure you have noticed the lack of adult apparel too! We'll see what happens next!

We arrived at 9:30 am on Saturday, August 3, and were able to check in immediately! It was so nice to settle in early. We felt like we got an extra day!!!

We were on the villa side facing the quiet pool, room 254. Not sure if you could see MK fireworks from higher floors on that side. We definitely were on the wrong side to see Illuminations. We often took the short walk to the bridge that goes to the Boardwalk and could see the higher fireworks...

Just spent 9 nights in a dedicated 2BR. It would have been great to have the 2 queen beds with 2 DS's over 6 ft.. FYI, Villa 254 is angled in such a way that the second bedroom is extra large and has a very large balcony overlooking the quiet pool. Would request it on our next stay at BCV!

Just returned from a 9 night stay at BCV and never saw a newspaper. However, they were outside every door at the adjacent BC. We decided next trip home we would see if we could have a newspaper delivered every day and have them add it onto our bill.
