    WaterParks and More Ticket

It doesn't say only one per day. It says you have one "entry" to a waterpark or DQ per day of your ticket. So however many days your ticket is, that's how many times you can go to a waterpark or other attraction. So if you have a 5 day ticket, you could use up all 5 waterpark/DQ/golf passes in...

Can we bring food into a restaurant?

We have similar issues (sensory processing disorder, very picky/limited diet) with my son, and were planning to go to the Hoop Dee Doo Revue. I know he wont' eat any of the food served there, so I had just planned to feed him beforehand and let him sit with us (I know we'd still have to pay for...

Dining Plan - using credits for other people?

Perfect, thanks! We are all staying together in the Ft Wilderness Cabins, so all one reservation. That's good news, less money out of pocket and no wasted credits.

Good bar/lounge near MK or Fort Wilderness?

We are going to WDW next week, and DH and I have a date night planned - we are staying at Fort Wilderness Cabins and the grandparents are keeping our kids for the evening, making dinner at the cabin and taking them to the movie there. We have late dinner reservations at Liberty Tree Tavern and...

Dining Plan - using credits for other people?

I have a question about the dining plan. We are leaving in a few days, going with my dad and stepmom, so 4 adults 2 kids. We have free dining. My dad and stepmom are going to dinner at Fulton one night for a date (kid-free) while we take the kids to T-rex and DH and I are going to dinner another...

    Climbers/playgrounds in the parks?

Hello We are leaving in 2 weeks for a 9 day trip with my 3 and 5 year old boys. I have the Boneyard in AK and the Honey I Shrunk the Kids playground in HS on our must-do list for them to have a break and run off some steam... I'm wondering if there are similar play areas elsewhere in...

WDW Railroad - what do you see?

Is the train isolated from the park, or can you see rides, etc. as you go by? We're doing a short MK afternoon/evening on our arrival day and I thought the train ride would be a good easy activity before our CP dinner reservations and fireworks. I was hoping the boys would be able to see some...

    Canadian coins and pressed pennies?

So the ketchup trick... do you clean them in ketchup before or after pressing? I'll get a bunch of quarters at checkin or at the park, but perhaps look for some older (pre 1997) Canadian pennies and bring them. I was just thinking 1997 isn't too old at all... but it's 15 years! That's a...

    Anyone pick up own baggage?

I plan on using the luggage service on the ME for our trip, but we're packing an extra change of clothes for each of us and a pair of pjs for the kids in a carryon just in case... I figure that will buy us a day longer if there are any mixups.

    Canadian coins and pressed pennies?

Huh. Interesting that it's illegal in Canada... we go to African Lion Safari (near Hamilton ON) and they have them there. I think I'll just bring Canadian coins, and if they don't work we'll find a way to get some extra change while we're there. Thanks!

    Canadian coins and pressed pennies?

I'm wondering if anyone knows if Canadian coins work in the pressed penny machines? My kids LOVE these machines elsewhere, and I've seen good tips to bring a tube of quarters and pennies to WDW to have on hand for them. It would be easier for me to just bring Canadian coins than to track...

Surprising Kid (4 yr old) w/ trip?? Or tell in advance

We're surprising our kids in 3 weeks. They're 3 and 5.5. We ordered the disney planning dvd, they've watched it a bunch of times... we sort of said "oh, we'll go there someday, doesn't it look like so much fun? It's a lot of money though, mommy and daddy have to save up and maybe we'll go when...

Where to stay for a family of 7!?

If you go with free dining, might be better to do the cabins then you get the regular dining plan, rather than the value resort where you only get the quick serve dining plan.

Planning a trip to Canada for May (ish)

We live near toronto and went for a few days last summer and did the citypass. We also did Toronto Island which is a smallish amusment park that you take a ferry too... my kids really enjoyed it but they're a bit younger than yours (3&5). A bit pricey, but depending on your budget you might...

    Barely potty trained at Disney?

I wouldn't go back to pullups, but I would stick a small travel potty in the basket under your stroller. That way you don't have to worry about finding a bathroom or waiting in lines if it's an emergency.

Would you go to hotel and not the fort to save $?

Can you get the free dining with a cabin at FW? Best of both worlds? Not sure how the pricing would compare though. For me, saving the 2 days drive each way if you can get free flights would be worth it.

4 person or 6 person golf cart?

We're looking into renting a golf cart for our stay in February. We will have 4 adults, a 5 year old and a 3 year old. Is it possible to squeeze into the 4 seater cart? I'm thinking the 5 y/o between the two smallest adults, and on the other bench an adult holding the 3 y/o on our lap? Or...
