Forgot to mention : depends what time of year your going and what crowd levels are like , we always go one of the least busy weeks of the year...in a busier time if year u may need 2-3 days

We only went a half day last year and got to see almost everything we wanted to I say 1 full day open to close or two shorter days ... Especially since u have a 2 year old with you and Epcot wasn't quite as exciting as the other parks are to my two girls who were 3. & 5 last year...
