Not necessarily...my DD got the full Keratin treatment that lasts for 5-6 months twice now. She has curly, frizzy hair mind you. If she gets her hair wet from rain, pool, whatever it will go curly again. After every shower she HAS TO blow dry it and use the flat iron to flatten it.
