We spend most of our time at MK and Epcot. A few hours at AK is good enough for us, and we have yet to go to HS in the weeks we've spent down there. If you really want to do all 4, I'd say HS and AK could easily fit in one day IMO. But if it were me, I'd skip HS completely.
