BWI CL Monday breakfast similar to previous days (except no Mickey waffle bar). Today’s meat was bacon (yay!) and egg dish was quiche Lorraine.

I took a bonine about an hour before riding, just like I do before flying. I’ve never taken one before riding any rides before but thought it might be necessary for this one. I have a $ILL for it again later today. Now that I know what to expect, I probably won’t take the bonine again.
