We absolutely loved Damir from Croatia and Aris from the Philippines (who was on the first month of his first contract, but you really couldn't tell!). They were the best part of our trip in December on the Magic, hands down. Attentive, very good with our little ones, and just genuinely nice people.

Just officially booked! I am ridiculously excited. This will be our second cruise ever. Our first was on the Magic in December. This will be the first time we have a balcony as well, which will be awesome since there are so many sea days. For those that have been on a TA cruise before...

Just booked the EBTA on May 18th leaving from Galveston. 2A2K (Ages 3 & 4) in a category 5C. Total cost $4895.55 after 10% off pin I recieved in the mail. No insurance, no transfers. :banana:

Holy cow! That is higher than I thought it would be. For some reason I thought the TA cruises were a bit cheaper? $3k PP seems high to me based on things I've read on here in the past. Not that it will stop me from booking tomorrow, although it did just stop my heart a bit! :rotfl:

We recieved a refund due to changes in port fees/taxes and it took 2 months and 4 phone calls before the money was put back on our CC. I got a similar story about them having computer issues that held up the refunds. This was October-December of 2011.

Can I just restate how ridiculously excited clue #5 makes me? Of course here on the Dis, we've "known" that DCL was cruising Europe in 2013, but to have actual, official proof is putting me over the moon. Bring on the itineraries, DCL. I'm ready to book a transatlantic...TODAY!
