I would like to book through the American site as apparently when free dining is on I can book myw tickets which are much cheaper than uk ultimates, however my computer won't let me on anything other than uk site. How do I do this or is it not possible?

I am from the uk and really wAnt to stay in a Disney hotel next year. I would love to know how to get room discounts . I would love free dining but to get that on the uk site for aug 2012 you have to buy 14 day ultimate tickets which are way more expensive than myw. Any ideas what to do. Thanks
