Mods, would you please lock this thread? My original question has been answered, and too much unsolicited advice. Thanks!

    Full term pregnancy question

Thanks for sharing your first hand experience. That's exactly what we plan to do, play it by ear as far as weather and how she feels. All with medical clearance, if course. Glad to know she could still do Soarin' as that's one of our favorites. She still may decide to take that break at home...

    Full term pregnancy question

In all fairness, I never asked for opinions about whether we should or not. I only asked if Disney would allow her to ride these days, with our litigious society.

    Full term pregnancy question

Because Florida is much more rural than many people realize. We are nearly half hour drive from the nearest town. And that town has a hospital that is subpar. Once in town, we can get on the highway and be at excellent hospitals in another 30 minutes. Her doctor delivers, and has offices at both.

Toy Story Land needs a FastPass?

Wow, another one like Pandora. So many people trying to squeeze into a tight space. Was it not possible for Disney to make it larger?

She won't be on the safari after reading that!

    Full term pregnancy question

It's not her first pregnancy, she has other children that would be there with us. She has no history of preterm labor and a very healthy pregnancy so far. All of this is assuming she continues to be healthy and that doctor is okay with it. She will rent a scooter, for sure, and the trip is not...

    Full term pregnancy question

On our next trip, our daughter will be 37 weeks pregnant. I've been to Disney pregnant, but never that pregnant. Beings people sue over everything now, will they even allow her to go on the slow rides, like Peter Pan, Winnie the Pooh, and such? We are only 2 hours from home and she has an AP...

DO DISABLE PERSONS FEEL LEFT OUT

As the mother of both an autistic and brain injured son, I'm just going to ignore that accusation. My son is accommodated with DAS. Disney cannot make blind people see, or deaf people hear. This is beyond ridiculous. They do have sign language interpretation where it's possible. I'm certainly...

DO DISABLE PERSONS FEEL LEFT OUT

I'll be very specific about what I would like see: Every NEW ride built should have accommodations for a wheelchair bound person to ride. Whether that be a boat that accepts wheelchairs/ECVS, or a watered down version of the ride where they can experience at least the visual component, without...

DO DISABLE PERSONS FEEL LEFT OUT

I do agree that Disney has really been disappointing with not making their newest rides accessible. I have not read the thread on Toy Story land yet, so not sure about those. But I do feel when a brand new ride is built, there is really no excuse to not integrate accessibility into the plans...

    break in attempt

My sister reminded me that we did get our hands stamped at the Contemporary. They were different characters and you couldn't see them until the checked it under a light when boarding the monorail. I had completely forgotten about that...

    break in attempt

What year was that? I've been going to Disney regularly since my first trip as a child in December 1971. Went every year until we moved down here 11 years ago. Now we go all the time. I don't remember ever having to have any kind of pass to board transportation, even when it was just the monorail.

Getting a. Return time on FOP

NO, that is how it is supposed to be done. At FoP, there are always 3 CMs, one with the iPad to do the DAS return times. Most other queues are the same. There is always an extra CM. It never holds up a line.

    Using DAS on return trip

Yep, you have to renew every 60 days. It's easy because everything is already in the system. Sometimes they take a new picture, often they don't if the DAS holder is an adult and doesn't change much. As said before, have everyone's magic bands with you.

Getting a. Return time on FOP

Even with the crowds of people, it's fairly easy to approach FoP entrance from the side to get a return time. Go past the line and up to the CMs from the right hand side. Navi is right next to it, so you can be there in a minute or so after getting a return time for FoP. While waiting for...

NEW rides at Studios/Toy story land

I didn't realize there was no wheelchair boat at Navi! We haven't had need for it yet, but there is no excuse to not have one on a brand new build. Same with Swirling Saucers. They could have made a wheelchair one, with appropriate supports. I can understand the coasters not being accessible.

That was my thought as well. Open flames seem to be the one rule they enforce strictly and I would be surprised if they allowed this. @dm1996 - I think I would have a back up plan for that turkey. Even calling guarantees nothing, as you can talk to 10 people and get 10 different answers about...
