I agree about the water park passes for 2 days for a family of 4 make the $220/room look very reasonable. A regular price pass at Wild Water Kingdom is already $29/adult and $21/child. I would take advantage of the grand opening discount and go, had we not done WDW this year already...

We just flew with Westjet last week and our tickets were $330/each. A couple of friends flew the same time but with Air Canada and their tickets were $315/each. Not bad considering a ticket from TO to Calgary would cost me almost double. Aghr, the joy of domestic travelling.

We did the Southern California thing last year and spent 4 days in San Diego, and about a wk in the DL area. The weather was great, the shopping was awesome :) the food was excellent, etc. Enjoy your trip.
