Another easy but yummy recipe for microwave eggs. Cook until half way done then add feta cheese, a little diced onion, a clove of garlic and leftover chicken, pepper (no need for salt the feta is usually salty enough). This is my favorite. Of course we eat a lot of feta cheese in our salads...

Sounds Great ! We stayed at Boardwalk and took boat over to Dolphin and thought it looked like a great hotel. Can't beat the location for sure ! Did you find 2 weeks too long ?? We only went for 10 but wondered if the extra days would have been nicer. Glad you had a good time. :)
