    June 28, 2014 ~ Fantasy ~ Eastern Caribbean

Hi everyone, I haven't been here in a while, but we were booked for this cruise and had signed up for the FE group. Unfortunately due to money issues, we had to postpone our cruise and reschedule for 2015. It's too bad since we were really looking forward to this itinerary. Please remove us...

Number 9 is really FINE! Welcome to AKL LITE - the 'unofficial' FAQ Thread

Is the primal parade that's listed the one for the kids? DD really wants to do it so I want to be sure we won't miss it! :)

Is this special, or just creepy?

OP, I just have to say your DD is amazing. Many teens I know can be very egocentric. How nice of her to want to spread a little pixie dust to these little princesses on their special day. I remember on my DD's BBB day, some of the CMs bowed to her and said hello princess. I can only imagine...

Disney for the 5 senses. What are your favorites?

This is a great thread! Sight: Main Street Electrical Parade or Spectromagic (love light up parades) Sound:Main Street Music Taste: Jungle Juice from Tusker House Smell:The H20 aquatics body wash that they give you at the resorts. Totally reminds me of being on a Disney vacation Touch...

Wold You Consider Cirque Family Friendly?

Of the Cirque shows I've seen, La Nouba is by far the most family friendly. I could see someone thinking it could be inappropriate because of the Vegas show. La Nouba is amazing and is the best Cirque I've seen. Go, go, go!!

Number 9 is really FINE! Welcome to AKL LITE - the 'unofficial' FAQ Thread

Hello again, We're about 2 and a half months away and naturally some questions are coming up. So I came to the experts. 1. I saw the new menu changes for Sanaa and have read all the great reviews so I'm thinking we should try it. My question is, is it a good restaurant for kids? I have a 6...

What would a 5 yr old think?

My DD was 5 in our last trip. Of the rides you mentioned, she's been on Haunted Mansion and Kali. She's also been on Splash Mountain. She is not a daredevil, but more cautiously adventurous. Have your DD check out some YouTube videos of the rides online. We do this with our DD and it makes her...

Via Napoli for a New Yorker?

PP are correct. It is no where close to being New York pizza, but as someone who loves in NY I have to say I really like it. It is much lighter and fresher IMO. I think you should give it a try!

    Hollywood & Vine?

I would also say it's a must do. Even though you may get to see the characters outside if the restaurant, the atmosphere and character interaction at H&V is wonderful!! They really get the kids involved with singing and dancing. In the time we were there we saw 3 or 4 different skits starring...

    Toddler Rides at Disney World

We have taken DD and DS on any ride that didn't have a height requirement. They also really loved the shows and it gave us a time to sit and relax. Here are some of the things we like to do: Magic Kingdom: It's a Small World Prince Charming Regal Carousel Many Adventures of Winnie...

when did you let your kids watch Star Wars?

DD6 just saw it a few months ago when she was 5. She could take it or leave it. My parents took me to see it at the drive in when I was 2. I loved it.
