    ** Official** September 2020 Check-In (Closed)

We have a trip planned starting Sept. 21. At this point, I'm think we might not be able to even get in but will go no matter what and hang out in the sun. We've cancelled multiple trips, burned tons of money already, just need to get away.

    ** Official** September 2020 Check-In (Closed)

Tickets bought for Sept, but nervous it won’t happen. We haven’t been forever since we did the whole WDW thing. Will have to cancel a June trip

    Club runDisney

How about bringing back races to west coast instead of trying to make extra money with this nonsense. I’ll shell out money to go to DL races a couple of times a year instead of paying for something like this.

    What's your favorite "splurge"?

I was lucky enough to have a very kind gentleman contact me after I writing on these boards and ask if I would be interested. We had a very traumatic year. To this day, I still feel this was God's way of giving back a little after what our family had been through. We felt so blessed and...

    What's your favorite "splurge"?

Our biggest splurge was Club 33 as a surprise for our daughter's graduation and 18th birthday. Probably our splurge every trip is eating out, having nice dinners that we usually would not spend that kind of money on at home.

    Mummy compared to Disneyland rides

I love space. I don't find any of them scary, but I just have trouble with the drops in ToT and the take off of screaming. I can, and do enjoy everything else. Mine also started after having kids and they are almost 22 and 19! It's a bummer.

    Mummy compared to Disneyland rides

See, that's the part I'm worried about. I have trouble with Screaming's takeoff at DL, not the rest of the ride.

    Eight-to-ten days too long?

It all depends on your family and how much you love Disney. We've been for 14 days, with two of it being in San Diego. And we were still fine when it was time to go. We love to try everything, love to sit around at restaurants with outdoor seating (we're from Washington, doesn't happen much...

    Mummy compared to Disneyland rides

Awesome. This is the kind of comparison I was looking for. After pregnancies, I have issues with screaming and TOT, but love and can do everything else.

    Mummy compared to Disneyland rides

Can anyone help me compare the Mummy ride at Universal to any ride at DL? I'm debating on if I can ride it. Is it more like Screamin andTower of Terror? Or Space Mountain and Big Thunder?

    Upgrade twice for annual pass

Which is the reason it can be cheaper to upgrade than buying multi-day tickets.

    Upgrade twice for annual pass

I thought they didn't do blackout tickets anymore and you had to buy regular tickets. Please, someone, correct me if I'm wrong.

    Travel agent or not?

I agree, you do not need a TA. Getawaytoday.com has tickets, hotels, and tickets for another parks and attractions, even tickets for Anaheim transportation if you need them, all at a discount. You can also day a layaway plan for $125 and make payments, but there is a $50 service fee. We've...

Maybe confusing (maybe not) AP upgrade questions

Oh, my gosh. I hope that is true. I have pics on my AP the last two visits and will be upgrading my AP in May when we go. It would be wonderful if I could get all my pics from those trips.

    Deluxe AP question

Awesome. I thought I could, but wasn't sure. I was about ready to buy park hoppers, then a light bulb went off. I am blocked for some dates we want to go, but I would rather upgrade, of course. Duh, on my part!

Maybe confusing (maybe not) AP upgrade questions

Sounds like they would be buying through LMT, so sounds like they would be good. Just didn't want them in my position, if it could not be done. I like to double and triple check things. Type-A here. :-)

    Deluxe AP question

Can I upgrade my deluxe AP to a signature pass?

Maybe confusing (maybe not) AP upgrade questions

I would doublecheck the upgrading of the ticket if purchased at a discount. I know that I could not buy the discounted tickets through GetTravel and upgrade it to an AP. I had to buy my three-day parkhopper ticket through Disneyland.com, then upgraded while there on the last day of my...
