we sailed this year out of Port of LA San Pedro and one thing we learned (or were taught) is that the porters are not Disney Employees and please do make sure you tip them well!
We did not tip the porter when he took the bags out of our car, but then found him a few minutes later to tip him...
Just off the Wonder, we surveyed the room service people and all said that cash is better. If you add it to the room charges it is pooled and distributed evenly among the staff.
My personal experience is that one travel size is not enough if you take your contacts out to clean them more than once a day. The salt air does tend to make contacts itchy on the eyes a lot faster than if you were inland and that plays a part in it. (at least for my eyeballs!) :sad:
Hearing running on a cruise ship in the middle of the night is hardly exclusive to Disney Ships. Wherever anyone goes there is always the "chance" That something will happen that may be upsetting in one way or another. It is always everyone's individual choice to either roll with it or be upset...
Obviously not everyone has eaten a mickey bar, or perhaps those who have and still dont get "It" are immune to the magically infused fairy fusion that embodies the mickeybar and nourishes the purest of mickey loving souls with disney fanatical fulfillment.
