    Golf Simulator Needs Golf Clubs?

Was on the Fantasy last week. Would 100% not book the golf simulator again. It was a waste as the “clubs” provided were beat up and are mainly offset models, the simulator was misaligned and it wasn’t too much fun. I am a decent golfer and the yardage was consistently 50-60 yards shorter than...

    Emergency on the Fantasy?

We were on Fantasy last week (9/5 western) and had to make an emergency stop off of Great Inagua island on way to Castaway Cay. Dropped a lifeboat to get a passenger off the ship and a medivac plane flew to get them. Most of crew members said it was only 2nd time they've experienced that in...

    Golf simulator on Fantasy

Bring him along. We had 3 people playing on the golf simulator though the reservation only made by 1 person. I will say any more than 3 or 4 people and it gets pretty crowded, especially if the other simulator is in use.

Does Fantasy have adult lounge with quiet music?

La Piazza seems to always have live music around the dinners, sometimes O'Gills has a separate act on certain nights.

    Jamaica Golf Excursion

Anyone on the boards have direct experience with the "White Witch" golf excursion out of Falmouth? Certainly interested in opinions of the course, experience with Disney transfers and types of equipment included in the rental. A search on the forum and trip reports has yielded only one result...

Looking for Remy Wine List(non-vault / book version)

Looking for a picture or list of the non-vault Remy wine list. Even a wide google search only comes up with the vault version or the generic MDR lists. Can anyone help out? Thank you.

Credit for Past Sailings in CC account?

Shouldn't be a problem. My parents took us on the Wonder in 1999 when I was in my teens (sidebar-guessing Thanksgiving cruises were much cheaper then). I did not sail again until 2011. When I called in to make my reservation, they had all of my information on file, just all noted under my...

    Barcelona

We stayed in Barcelona a full week prior to our sailing. We used Barcelona Day Tours for two private trips. Even for two of us, well worth it. First was an orientation tour of the city. Included major sites and entry to Park Guell (our least favorite place).A few days later, did private tour...

    Fantasy ~ September 5, 2015 ~ Western Caribbean

For those who are planning on flying Southwest for the cruise, the schedules through October 30 opened yesterday. We booked our non-stops to Orlando for this cruise yesterday evening for cheaper than we ever have in the last few years. I fly SWA almost weekly for work and found them to be like...

    Customs at ports of call?

Caribbean ports was mostly a mix of showing your ship ID card or just telling them you were on a cruise. European ports were a bit more organized, with several requiring us to get the passports reviewed and going through metal detectors prior to the normal Disney screening (in particular the new...

    Cell Phones and Charges

Actually, it is best practice to keep your phone ON airplane mode if you are not planning any cellular based voice transmissions. If you are using an iOS enabled device, iMessage will still work with airplane mode ON and wifi ON (assuming an active connection) Wifi enabled services like skype...

Elemis Pro-Collagen Grooming Treatment with Shave

No, they do not use straight razors due to safety. It was explained to me that due to the uncontrollable nature of the ship's motion, they cannot use a straight razor blade. I know this thread was quite old, but I do agree with an earlier poster. I've done this experience twice and both times...

What is the sports 30 minute simulator package for $12?

If I recall, the $12 simulator is the video game one versus the golf simulator. Unless they have dropped the price, it was 2-3x that price. But as PP stated, the golf simulator is full spec, with real clubs (we had Callaway on the Fantasy and I think a mix of Callaway and Nike on the Dream)...

    Honeymoon upgrades/perks

As noted by previous posters, there isn't much extra that was provided as a perk above and beyond what is normally included. We got married on the ship in 2012 and outside of the buttons and some special plate dressings at Palo and Remy, there wasn't too much extra. Of course, it was still an...

PANDORA Coming to Disney Parks/DCL this Fall

They were not yet available on the 9/11 Dream sailing. The personnel in White Caps were well versed in the upcoming changeover, but they did not have a firm date on when that would occur.

Can an Ariel bride get some help?

We were married on the Fantasy in 2012. They did not have the buttons you are looking for, but maybe things have changed. We were told at the time they were phasing them out to be able to appeal to a larger base (Happily Ever After can cover a plethora of events) and were told to look on eBay...

    Cruise for honeymoon in october?

We actually got married on the Disney Fantasy and then spent the week on the cruise. We've now done 5 Disney Cruises and all have been great, whether a short Caribbean cruise or the Mediterranean cruise we did this past May. There are lots of adults only things to do and the experiences we've...

    Barcelona Airport to Hotel

We've done both a taxi and private transfers (Barcelona Day Tours) on this exact route. The taxi was around 30-35 euros, the private transfers about 2x that. On our recent med cruise in June, we had a pickup by BDT from the airport and then did a tour of the city with them before going to...

    New: Tasting Menu at Palo's

We've had the same Palo waiter for the last few years on the Magic. The last two times we've been where the tasting course was offered, we were told that it's truly just about the wine. If you are ordering the tasting menu to get the different food offerings, they will bring them to you under...
