Aside from filing in Hawaii, doesn't each state have its own individual laws for timeshare? I would imagine that they would have to re-file with every state as well in order to be able to sell the product there. Correct me if I am wrong.

Anyone have a timeline of how previous resorts were constructed? From when walls were put up to when the announcement was made to when the resort opened? Excluding Aulani. Just wondering when we might hear about this officially? Can't wait, I'm sure it will be beautiful!
