I'm looking to stay December 1st - 8th, what resorts have studios/value rooms available? My goal was AKL, but I'll take anything near the same price point.

Looking to stay in an Animal Kingdom value studio 12/1 til 12/8. Two people.

Day one conquered. Landed at MCO around 9:30, had some delish Chik-Fil-A, then claimed a surprisingly comfortable couch in the foodcourt, had a pretty decent nights sleep, and came to the Poly for an amazing day. Pictures to come.

Would a 4:40pm rez at Sci-Fi leave me sufficient time to get a good seat for Fantasmic at 7? Figuring I'm out by 6.

I thought a full day at AK would probably be enough. DF and I both saw Lion King on broadway, I'd personally rather see all the HS shows, like Beauty & The Beast and Indiana Jones. We got our CRT rez months ago, and it's on an EMH evening, so between the first day rope drop and the EMH evening, that should be sufficient time to bang out all of MK. $99 for a photo CD is ludicrous, and I'm sure other people will agree with me. I got in on a share with 6 other people and now we're each paying around $15 for the same exact CD. Why pay more when you don't have to? That's my philosophy throughout this whole journey.

I did some searching, and the few $30 motels I found do not offer airport shuttle. And the one $40 room I found that offers a shuttle, only offers it from 6AM - 11PM. I won't be landing until 10:55PM, there's no way I'd make the shuttle.
