There are so many different factors though that weigh into the rate (term, pts, pmi, amount of length, etc) so that rate may very well be accurate. I just got a 15 yr at 2.65%.

My daughter is allergic to the "cillins". We found out after a 2nd dose of augementin. She broke out in hives for close to 3 months after her last dose. The allergist said it can take months for antibiotics to fully leave the body.

Make sure your hotspot plan and your data plan are one in the same when you say it is unlimited. I have an unlimited data plan, but my mobile hotspot plan has a usage limit. You don't want that surprise on your bill!
